Keith, I got over being mad at you for leaving. I know you had your demons just like I had and still have mine. We both took ourselves out of the business, You by dying, me by just walking away. Keith, I miss you. I miss the country that you made. Hell, you wouldn' t know country today. Lorrie didn' t sell out. She' s still a country Queen. Neither did Willie, Jones, Straight and Haggard. i was a senior in high school when he died and the pain is still felt till this day. there will never be another talent like this one. his voice and talent could never be replaced or duplicated and to his family god speed.. He was my HERO and i am eternally grateful that i got to enjoy his music and see him in concert . KEITH WHITLEY YOU ROCK AND KEEP SINGING IN HEAVEN
