It's a bootleg called "Fritz Demos", though there aren't any songs by them! It's a mixed bag of early live performances and demos from Stevie & Lindsey after leaving Fritz, with some songs not included on "The Coffee Plant Demos".
Search google and you should be able to find a blog to upload them from. (I get good results with an images search...)
